With Us, It is Always About Mental Health.

I am a certified CBT Counselor, EFT Practitioner, an NLP Master Practitioner and Trauma Coach. I am currently a graduate student at the School of Social and Behavioral Sciences, Northcentral University, studying for my MA in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT). Since 2010, I have helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life. I too have struggled with obstacles and I have known tragedy, and overcome PTSD. I am here to help my clients achieve a more positive outlook on life, and provide them with all the tools necessary to get them there. This is why I founded the Peak Performance Coaching Academy (PPCA) in 2010.

 

We can help you learn and develop better ways to handle the issues that are standing in the way of your personal goals.  We have been able help teams in the workplace resolve psychological issues that impede performance.
