Customer service is a strategic business tool and strategy that should be common annd easy to implement. For some reason, this is not the case. Customer service has remmained an elusive goal. This course takes participant deep into the psychology of 'service'. What makes us comfortable or uncomfortable serving others? What is the thinking or mindset that makes a person give great service experiences and what makes it easy for annother member of the team to give the most horrible service experience? How does the organisation or individual effect change? Skills acquired in this course are transferable across other life roles; for example the skills can be used in parenting etc.
Duration: The course runs for 8 weeks
